Our Brew

Today, we offer three distinctly different beers. An Irish red ale, a classic pale ale, and a traditional Czech pilsner — Red House Ale, In Seine Pale Ale, and Steam Donkey Lager. Our alse are brewed with Chico yeast and Cascade and Bavarian hops, while the pils uses Saaz hops and Augustiner yeast. While the beers are quite accessible, they have depth of flavour and pronounced hop bitterness that distinguishes them from macro American lager.
